We treat all ages and use non-invasive techniques such as; Applied Kinesiology, Retained Neonatal Reflexes, Acupuncture, Masasge, Speech Pathology, Reiki, NET (Neuro Emotional Technique), SOT (Sacro-Occipital Technique), Nutrition, Functional Biochemistry, TBM (total body modification) and of course Manual and Activator adjustments. We also refer out for functional pathology testing, including DNA testing when appropriate.

Our techniques are not just great for aches and pains, but we have a specific focus on treating children with learning difficulties, neurodevelopment delays, anxiety and a wide array of health concerns from stomach problems to allergies. If you are unsure if we can work with you, please ask.

Your wellbeing is our priority and we aim to:

Martin Peters
Massage Therapist / Reiki Practitioner                  Ph: 0404 863 357

B.Bus., Dip. RM
Member, Association of Massage Therapists

Having worked in a demanding and stressful environment for many years, Martin understands how helpful massage can be.

He’s adopted different massage and healing techniques to develop a style of treatment that’s effective in achieving the results you’re looking for.

Reiki and energy treatments help rebalance your body’s energy systems. When your energy is unblocked and flowing freely, your body can more easily respond to stress.

Massage, on the other hand, helps you by:

  • relieving the pain and dysfunction associated with muscle tension

  • increasing mobility and range of motion, allowing you to move more freely

  • promoting relaxation and a general sense of wellbeing.

Martin’s massage style incorporates active release techniques, where you contract and then relax the muscles being treated. This engages the nervous system and helps tight muscles unwind and adjust to a more-normal resting length.

Martin is available for appointments on Thursdays and Fridays.

Helen Efstathiou
Acupuncturist / Kinesiologist / Life Coach                         Ph: 0414 943 451

Specialising in complementary therapies for health and wellness, including Kinesiology, life coaching and acupuncture/traditional chinese medicine. Helen has a particular passion for unlocking people’s potential. As a life coach, Helen helps define your goals, empowering you to live a life that has vision and establishes your importance using treatments and strategies such as Positive EFT, Hypnosis, Neuro-linguistic programming and Timeline therapy. As a Kinesiologist, Helen tests for body for imbalances using muscle testing to identify imbalances in the body’s structural, chemical, emotional energies. It is commonly known that stress affects the body, likewise many other emotions can be locked in the body and can present in varying ways such as depression, anxiety, fatigue, pain and health related ailments. Kinesiology is unique in its approach as testing the muscles in the body helps to unlock past and present emotions at a subconscious level, restoring the body to balance. Helen also offers Resonance Crystal Healing, Raindrop Technique and Egyptian Emotional Clearing Technique. These natural therapies assist with personal development, aiding a balanced and complete approach to life management. Helen offers the following services:

  • Individual acupuncture treatments

  • Individual kinesiology/life coaching sessions

  • Specialised treatments with the combination of kinesiology to strengthen the body and acupuncture/Chinese medicine with the use of essential oils. This is Helen's individual way of helping restore the body back to balance and heal the body via a detoxification process and allowing the body to cope with its environment. The use of combined treatments helps the body mentally, emotionally and physically, to enhance ones life and health. Finding a good balance within your environment can be difficult, but this treatment strengthens the body to cope with day to day stresses we put our bodies under. Every organ dysfunction is accompanied by a muscle weakness, finding a weak muscle enables practitioners to pin point malfunction of meridians in the body. If the body is not balanced it gets blocked and acupuncture helps restore and strengthen the body by using kinesiology as a detective tool by accessing stored information.
