Martin’s Story

Having worked in a demanding and stressful environment for many years, Martin understands how helpful massage can be.

He’s adopted different massage and healing techniques to develop a style of treatment that’s effective in achieving the results you’re looking for.

Reiki and energy treatments help rebalance your body’s energy systems. When your energy is unblocked and flowing freely, your body can more easily respond to stress.

Massage, on the other hand, helps you by:

  • relieving the pain and dysfunction associated with muscle tension

  • increasing mobility and range of motion, allowing you to move more freely

  • promoting relaxation and a general sense of wellbeing.

Martin’s massage style incorporates active release techniques, where you contract and then relax the muscles being treated. This engages the nervous system and helps tight muscles unwind and adjust to a more-normal resting length.
