Sarah Rawiller
Counsellor & Health Coach

Sarah is a qualified counsellor, registered Australian Counsellor’s Association (ACA), Life coach, and International Coaching Federation (ICF) member. Sarah has worked in the forensic and drug and alcohol sectors and rehabilitation units. As a counsellor, Sarah has worked with women and men with low self-esteem, histories of trauma, addictions, anxiety and depression. As a coach, she has worked in health and wellness, stress management, work-life balance and sports. Sarah uses her “OK Now What” coaching style to empower and motivate by helping to develop coping skills that will support you to thrive and flourish rather than just surviving life. Sarah believes that every person is the expert in their own unique life and she works collaboratively with them to help them unlock their potential.

Counselling and coaching support and confront unexplored personal blocks and specific problematic behaviours. Sarah understands that being heard and listened to is at the core of behavioural change. Her compassion and non-judgemental approach allows her clients to clarify issues, explore options and develop strategies to increase self-awareness.

Sarah is passionate about mental health and wellness; she places emphasis on getting comfortable with being uncomfortable. As part of her daily routine, she heads to the beach before sunrise for an early morning ocean swim. Sarah loves spending time with her family and her two dogs, Leroy and Lila.
